Qualification & Experience: Candidates interested in applying for this job in TNPSC must have a degree in Mathematics with specialisation Statistics. Canidates must have scored miminum 50%. A candidate with reverse combination like having a degree in Statistics and specialisation in Maths is also eligible to apply. FOr this also 50% marks is must.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years.

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is a branch of the legislature of Tamil Nadu which is in charge of representing the enlistment of work force into the state's open administration.

It is the successor of the Madras Administration Commission, which appeared under a Demonstration of the Madras Council in 1929 and was the principal Commonplace Open Administration Commission in India.

It received its present name in 1970. It works under Articles 315 to 323 of Part XIV of the Constitution of India.
