TNPSC Recruitment 2019 For 64 Junior Scientific Officers. Earn Up To 1.16 Lakh Per Month

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 64 vacancies to the post of Junior Scientific Officer (JSO) in the Forensic Sciences Department through direct recruitment in various disciplines comprising Chemistry (40), Biology (14), Physics (06), Physics and Chemistry (04). The online registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from June 21, 2019 and closes on July 22, 2019 with July 24, 2019 as the last date for payment of fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Junior Scientific Officer (JSO) posts through TNPSC Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 30 years of age as on July 01, 2019. There is no upper age limit for SC/SC(A)/ST/MBC/DC/BC/BCM and Destitute Widow candidates as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 150 (all categories) as registration fee, and Rs. 150 (Gen/OC) as examination fee either through online (net-banking/credit/debit etc. payment gateways) mode or through offline mode at SBI/ HDFC Bank/Post Office. SC/SC(A)/ST/PWD/DW candidates are exempted from paying the examination fee.

Candidates shortlisted as Junior Scientific Officer (JSO) will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 36,900 to Rs. 1,16,600 per month (Level 18).
