TNPSC Group IV Exam Answer Key Link Released

The tentative answer key for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group IV services exam has been released. The exam was held on November 6 for the posts of VAO Junior Assistant, Junior clerk in departments like revenue, treasury, public work development, register etc. The answer key was published on Wednesday and is available on TNPSC official website.

Follow the below steps to check the answer key FOR TNPSC Group IV 2016 exam:

• Visit www.tnpsc.gov.in
• Click on the link 'Group IV services- Tentative answer keys' scrolling on top of the page
• Click on the link for General Tamil, General English or General Studies as required
• A 26 pages PDF copy of the question paper with the answer keys will open
• Take a printout for future reference

The approximately right answers have been marked with a tick mark among the multiple choices for each question in the paper.

There are 100 questions given in the paper.Candidates can send their representations against the answer keys to the commission's office. Representations received after November 17, 2016, will not be considered.

The duration of the examination was three hours with questions for answers carrying 300 marks in total. Candidates are required to secure at least 90 marks in order to pass the exam.

The notification for the examination (15/2016) was released on August 9, 2016, to fill 5,451 Group-IV Services posts.

Being a government job, TNPSC is a very lucrative job opportunity. The candidates under Group IV of the Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission are assigned basic administrative duties in the functioning of the state government.

Out of the total vacancies, as many as 2,345 are for the post of junior assistant (non-security); 121 for junior assistant (security); eight for bill collector (grade I); 532 for field surveyor; 327 for draftsman; 1,714 for typist; and 404 for steno-typist (grade III).
