TNPSC Announced Civil Services (Group II) Preliminary Exam Result 2018

TNPSC has announced the Combined Civil Services (Group II) Preliminary examination results 2018. Here are the steps to check the results.

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the Combined Civil Services Preliminary Examination II (Group - II Services) results. TNPSC has conducted the preliminary exam on November 11, 2018. Candidates who have appeared for the preliminary examination can visit the official website to check the result.

TNPSC has released the roll numbers of all the candidates who have qualified for the next stage of the examination, i.e., Civil Services main examination. Candidates have been called for the main examination in the ratio of 1:10. The Commission will conduct the Main written examination on February 23, 2019.

Step 1: Visit the official website of TNPSC - http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/
Step 2: Go to the ''Latest Results'' section.
Step 3: Click on the link ''Combined Civil Services Examination-II (GROUP II Services)''.
Step 4: A pdf file will be displayed.
Step 5: Check the roll number using the search options.
Step 6: Take a printout of the pdf file for future reference.

Candidates who are shortlisted for the main examination have to pay INR 150 towards the main examination fee. One should also upload their scanned copy of documents. Candidates can upload their documents between December 24, 2018 and January 10, 2019, at e-seva centres run by TACTV. However, aspirants are advised to check the list of designated e-seva centres on the official website.

The details regarding the documents to be uploaded will be made available on the TNPSC's website and candidates will be informed of the above fact only through SMS and e-mail. Candidates have to note that the individual communication in this regard will not be sent by post.

The provisional admission to the Main examination will be based on the claims (viz. date of birth, religion, community, gender, educational qualification, technical qualification, ex-servicemen, destitute widow, differently abled, PSTM status etc.,) made by the candidates in their online applications.
