The Tamilnadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB), Govt. of Tamil Nadu, has invited online applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals for filling 97 vacancies to the post of Block Education Officers (BEO) through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same started on December 19, 2019 and closes on January 9, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for BEO posts through TN TRB Recruitment must not be more than 35 years as on July 1, 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) for BC/BC (Muslims)/MBC/DNC/SC/SCA and ST candidates as per the TN TRB norms.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 500 (UR/OBC) and Rs. 250 (SC/SCA/ST) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode only.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for BEO posts through TN TRB Recruitment must possess B.A/B.Sc Degree with Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biology, History and Geography alongside a Bachelors Degree in Education from a recognised University/Institution as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for BEO posts through TN TRB Recruitment will be done through an Online Computer-Based Exam and Oral Test (Interview).

Candidates selected for BEO posts through TN TRB Recruitment will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 36,900 to Rs. 1,16,600 per month.
