TN TRB Recruitment: Apply Online For 1,060 Lecturers (Engineering/Non Engg) Posts Before February 12

The Tamilnadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB), Govt. of Tamil Nadu, has invited online applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals for filling 1,060 vacancies to the post of Lecturers in various engineering and non-engineering disciplines comprising Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation and Control, Computer, Information Technology, Production, Textile Technology, Printing Technology, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Modern Office Practice to be posted across Government Polytechnic Colleges and Special Institutions in the State through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same started on January 22, 2020 and closes on February 12, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Lecturers posts through TN TRB Recruitment must not be more than 57 years as on July 1, 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) for BC/BC (Muslims)/MBC/DNC/SC/SCA and ST candidates as per the TN TRB norms.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 600 (UR/OBC) and Rs. 300 (SC/SCA/ST) respectively as application examination fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit, etc. payment gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Lecturers posts through TN TRB Recruitment must possess a B.E/B.Tech/Bachelor's Degree with in relevant engineering discipline (60% marks); Master's Degree in the appropriate branch of study (first class) from a recognised University/Institution as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Lecturers posts through TN TRB Recruitment will be done through an Online Computer-Based Examination and Certificate Verification.

Candidates selected for Lecturers posts through TN TRB Recruitment will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month.
