This recruitment initiative aims to fill 4000 vacancies for Assistant Professors in Government Arts & Science Colleges and Government Colleges of Education. Educational Qualifications

• For TN TRB Assistant Professor- Engineering: A B.E. or B.Tech followed by an M.E. or M.Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering or Technology with First Class or its equivalent is required.
• For TN TRB Assistant Professor- Law: An MA Degree and a Master's degree in Law with a minimum of 55% marks, along with NET or an accredited Test qualification, are necessary. Candidates with a Ph.D. are exempt from NET/SLET/SET requirements.
• For TN TRB Assistant Professor- Arts & Science: A Post-Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks and a pass in the NET/ SLET/ SET / SLST / CSIR / JRF as per UGC Norms are required.

Application Fee

The registration fee remains consistent across all disciplines:
For General Category applicants, the fee is ₹600. However, for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwD communities, the application fee is reduced to ₹300. It is important to note that these fees must be paid upon submission of the application.

Salary

The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale as Rs. 57,700 - 1,82,400 (Level 10).
