TN TRB Recruitment 2024; Apply for 1768 Secondary Teacher Posts at trb.tn.gov.in

The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Secondary Grade Teacher positions on its official website. A total of 1768 Secondary Teacher positions will be filled through this statewide recruitment drive. Visit the official website of the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) at www.trb.tn.gov.in.
Find the "Apply Online" link in the main section of the homepage.
Register for the Secondary Grade Teacher Posts by clicking "apply online" and providing necessary details, including your name and contact information.
Log in to the portal using the generated registration number and password.
Complete the application by filling in the remaining fields and attaching required files in the specified format.
Pay the application fee based on your category.
Finally, submit the application by clicking the "submit" button.

Eligibility Criteria for TN TRB Teacher 2024

Candidates should have Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by any name); or Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by any name) following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002; or Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.); or Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education); or Graduation and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by any name known). Additionally, candidates must have passed the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper - I.

TN TRB Secondary Teacher Exam Pattern 2024

Part A and Part B of the TN TRB Exam 2024 will be conducted in separate sessions.
Part A will be allocated a total of 50 marks, while Part B will be awarded 150 marks.
All questions in Part B carry one mark each.
Part A will consist of objective-type questions, while Part B will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and an optical mark reader (OMR) exam.
