The license for retail drug sales should be in the name of Jan Aushadhi in order to open a generic medical store. You would need an Aadhaar Card and a PAN Card to apply. In contrast, in order to apply, an institution, NGO, Hospital, or Charitable Institute must present an Aadhaar Card, a PAN Card, and a Registration Certificate.
