What Does This Mean for Aspirants?

While the pass percentage is slightly better than last year's 31.21%, the fact remains that more than 66% candidates failed to meet the eligibility criteria. This low result raises concerns about either the difficulty level of the exam or the level of preparation among candidates.

Clearing TET is essential for applying to TRT (Teacher Recruitment Test), which is the next stage of the teacher selection process. The TET score carries 20% weightage, while 80% weightage is given to the TRT performance.

With only 33.98% of candidates managing to clear the TSTET 2025, the road ahead remains highly competitive. Those who have passed should gear up for the TRT phase, and those who haven't may consider reattempting next year with improved strategy and guidance.
