Hyderabad, Oct 8: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to give fresh certificates of income, caste and residence to students in the state.
Rao, who held a meeting with district collectors and officials here, directed that certificates in the name of Telangana be given to the students for availing government's welfare schemes, an official statement said.
Rao has directed the officials to implement the farm loan waiver by October 15. [Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to have common intermediate exams]
He has decided to provide Telangana State Family Food Security Cards for providing essential items under the Food Security Act, the statement said.
Another statement said Rao has sought the full cooperation of the officials for successful implementation of his favourite programme of land distribution to dalits.
