Go back to the home page and click Submit Application.
Step 8
Fill your details in the space provided in the application form.
Step 9
Upload your photograph.
Step 10
Click on the declaration checkbox to assure that you have read the detailed notification and user guide.
Step 11
Enter the captcha code.
Step 12
Click Upload.
