According to Tech Mahindra Chief Financial Officer Manoj Bhat, there will be 4000 freshers hired in the next three quarters. However, the number is subject to variation.

At the end of the June quarter, the company had in total 1,13,552 employees. 745 joined them in the next quarter. Also, the company is looking to train candidates online so that they become quickly billable, it is learnt.

Meanwhile, HCL will conduct a mega recruitment drive in Lucknow between Aug 10 and 12, 2018 that will hire as many as 1000 candidates, according to HCL Technologies Executive Vice President Sanjay Gupta in a PTI report.
