Teachers Association election starts on 27th November

According to the calendar of the Guru Nanak Dev university, Dr. Kamaljit Singh, department of chemistry of the university, has been nominated as Recruiting Officer of Guru Nanak Dev University Teachers Association (GNDUTA) for the year 2013-14.

The elections is scheduled to be held on 27th November 2013. Prof. MS Hundal, dean, academic affairs of the university, says "the elections would be from 9.30 AM to 4 PM in the new lecture theater block, near the chemistry department. University Regional Campus, Jalandhar Dr. Sukhwant Singh, department of history, would conduct election from 10.30 AM to 1.30PM. Similarly, Dr. Hardeep Singh, department of computer science and engineering, would conduct election at University Regional Campus, Gurdaspur from 11 AM to 1 PM."

He added "Dr. Jaspal Singh, department of Law, would look after this process at ASSM College, Mukandpur from 10 AM to 12 Noon."

He further stated "the voters from GNDU Regional Campus Satiala, GNDU College, Verka and Chung would cast their vote at Guru Nanak Dev University Campus, Amritsar and voters from GNDU college, Niari and Narote Jaimal Singh would cast their vote at GNDU Regional Campus, Gurudaspur."
