TCS Hiring News: The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) - India's largest IT service giant has floated plans to engage over 200 employees and expand its operations in the American state of Arizona while pushing for future investments.
The IT giant announced its plans during a regulatory filing about expanding its operations in the US state of Arizona and investing over USD 300 million by 2026 while calling to hire over 200 personnel by 2023.
"TCS will also continue to expand the reach of its STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Computer Science education programmes in Arizona by increasing teacher training and online content for students over the next two years," TCS said in its regulatory filing.
On expanding operations in Arizona, Surya Kant, Chairman of North America at TCS said, "The company is delighted to expand its presence in Arizona, tap local talent to help clients in their transformation journeys, and contribute to the growth of the technology industry here."
"We also look forward to expanding our community engagement through our STEM initiatives, to help nurture the next generation of local technology leaders in our schools," Kant added.

At present, TCS engages over 780 employees in Arizona helping its clients with various services comprising - banking, healthcare, manufacturing while managing its IT operations, Harness Technologies - AI, ML, and software enterprise aimed at achieving their desired growth and transformation objectives.
The Mumbai-based IT services giant has hired over 21,500 personnel in the last five years in the US and mulls hiring an additional 10,000 local employees by 2022, as per the TCS regulatory filing.
