TANGEDCO Recruitment 2020 For 600 Assistant Engineers Post, Apply Online Before March 16

The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd. (TANGEDCO), under Govt. of Tamil Nadu, has invited applications through online mode from qualified and interested candidates for recruiting 600 Assistant Engineers in Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Mechanical and Civil engineering streams through direct selection. The online application process towards the same closes on March 16, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Assistant Engineers post through TANGEDCO Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age as on July 1, 2019 and not be more than 30 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 32 years (MBC/DC, BCO, BCM) amd 35 years (SC/SC(A)/ST/Destitute Widow - DW) as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1000 (OC/BCO/BCM/ MBC/DC) and Rs. 500 (SC/SCA/ST/DW/PWD) respectively as examination fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or any other mode as applicable.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Assistant Engineers through TANGEDCO Recruitment 2020 must possess a B.E/B.Tech/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical and Civil engineering disciplines from a recognised University/Institute.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Assistant Engineers through TANGEDCO Recruitment 2020 will be done through an ONLINE EXAMINATION (Computer-Based-Test).

Candidates selected as Assistant Engineers through TANGEDCO Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 39,800 to Rs. 1,26,500 per month.
