The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) is set to release the TN class 12 HSE result for the 2024 board exams today at 9.30 AM. Candidates who sat for the exams from March 1 to March 22 can access their scorecards on the TNDGE official websites - dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in. This announcement is eagerly awaited by students across the state who have completed their higher secondary exams.
How to Check TN 12th Result 2024?
For students eager to check their results, here's a simple guide:
- Visit the TN Board's official site at tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in.
- Select the link for TN HSC result 2024.
- A login page will display. Here, enter your registration number and date of birth (format: dd/mm/yyyy) then submit.
- Your TN 12th result 2024 will appear on the screen.
- It's advised to print a copy of the TNDGE HSE (+2) result 2024 for future use.

The TN +2 exams for the year were conducted in person from March 1 through March 22. This year, the exams witnessed a participation of over eight lakh students, signifying a slight dip in attendance compared to previous years. This drop is part of a continuing trend observed over the last few years. In 2019, the number of candidates stood at 8,42,512, which slightly declined to 7,79,931 in 2020, then to 8,16,473 in 2021, and 8,06,277 in 2022. The most recent exams saw a further decrease, with 8,03,385 students taking part in 2023.
