The Supreme Court of India has released a notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for recruiting Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistants on contractual basis commencing from 1 July 2019 till the closure of the Court for Summer Vacation, 2020. The application process towards the same will start from 01 February 2019 and will close on 28 February 2019 by 12:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fee
Desirous candidates applying for the post of Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistants through Supreme Court Recruitment 2019 must have attained 18 years of age as on 28 February 2019 and not have exceeded 27 years.
Applicants are required to deposit a requisite amount of Rs. 200/- plus bank charges towards the application/test fee through online (net-banking/debit/credit) mode only.
Educational Requirement
Candidates applying for the post of Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistants through Supreme Court Recruitment 2019 must must possess a Degree in Law from a School/College/University/Institution duly recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for enrollment as an Advocate.
Candidates studying in the 5th year of the 5 year Integrated Law Course are also eligible to apply. He/she must have working knowledge of computers, including retrieval of essential information from various search engines/processes such as SCC, Manupatra, Online, Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.
Selection And Pay
The selection of candidates to the post of Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistants through Supreme Court Recruitment 2019 will be done based on a Written Test followed by an Interview. Written test will be conducted at Test Centres in Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Kolkata only.
Candidates shortlisted as Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistants with the Supreme Court of India will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 50,000/- per month
