Staff Selection Commission: Apply Online For 1,140 JSSC CGL Posts, Earn Up To Rs. 34,800 Per Month

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), under Govt. of Jharkhand, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 1,140 vacancies to the post of Assistant Bureau Officer, Block Supply Officer, Block Welfare Officer, Zone Inspector, Cooperative Extension Officer and Planning Assistant through the Jharkhand General Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (JGGLCCE). The application process towards same starts from September 18, 2019 and closes on October 17, 2019 with October 21, 2019 as the last date for paying the application fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for JSSC CGL posts through Staff Selection Commission must have attained 21 years of age as on August 1, 2019 and not be more than 35 years (UR/OBC), 37 years (OBC/BC - Male), 38 years (Female - UR/OBC/BC) and 40 years (SC/ST) respectively as specified in the notification.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount of Rs. 1,000 (Gen/OBC/BC) and Rs. 250 (SC/ST of Jharkhand) respectively as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit, etc, payment gateways) mode only.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for JSSC CGL posts through Staff Selection Commission will be done through a Competitive Examination and Interview.

Candidates selected for JSSC CGL posts through Staff Selection Commission will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 34,800 per month with a Grade Pay (GP) of Rs. 4,200 for all posts, expect for Planning Assistant, who will be paid in the scale of Rs. 5,200 to Rs. 20,200 per month with a GP of Rs. 2,800.
