SSC Recruitment 2020 Notification For Stenographer Grade C and D Posts 2020, Apply Before November 4

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC), under Govt. of India, has released an advertisement, invited online applications from eligible and interested Indian citizens for filling numerous vacancies to post of Stenographers - Grade 'C' and Grade 'D' posts through Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' Examination, 2020 to be posted across India on a fulltime basis. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same started on October 10, 2020 and closes on November 4, 2020 by 11:30 pm with November 6, 2020 as the last date for paying the application fee through online mode as mentioned in the SSC Notification 2020.

SSC Recruitment 2020: Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Stenographer Grade C and D posts through SSC Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age and not have exceeded 30 years of age (Grade C Steno) and 27 years of age (Grade D Steno) respectively as on August 1, 2020, with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC), 5 years (SC/ST) and 10 years (PWD) respectively as specified in the SSC notification 2020.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 100 (UR/Gen/OBC) as application fee for Stenographer Grade C and D posts under SSC Recruitment 2020 through online mode before November 6, 2020 and through offline mode before November 8, 2020 as mentioned in the official SSC notification 2020. However, SC/ST/PWD and Ex-SM candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

SSC Recruitment 2020: Education And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Stenographer Grade C and D posts through SSC Recruitment 2020 must have passed 12th standard/Intermediate/HSC or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University/Institution as detailed in the SSC notification 2020.

SSC Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Stenographer Grade C and D posts through SSC Recruitment 2020 will be done through a Computer-Based Examination (CBT) and Skill Test scheduled on March 29, 2021 and March 31, 2021 as notified in the SSC notification 2020.

Candidates shortlisted for Stenographer Grade C and D posts through SSC Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument as per SSC norms.
