Physical Standards and Walking Norms for SSC MTS Havaldar

Male candidates must complete a 1,600-meter walk within 15 minutes. Female candidates must cover 1.0 kilometer of walking within 20 minutes. Minimum male height is 157.5 cm with an 81 cm expanded chest. Female height must be 152 cm with a minimum weight of 48 kg.
