Physical tests for SSC MTS Havaldar are underway from August 24 to 31, 2026. Candidates shortlisted must confirm their exact date, centre and admit card now. Physical standards and walking test timings

Know the exact standards. Male candidates must walk 1600 metres in 15 minutes. Females must walk one kilometre in 20 minutes. PST needs 157.5 cm height and 81 cm chest for males, with five centimetres expansion. Females need 152 cm height and 48 kg weight, with notified community relaxations.

Admit card not visible or issues at venue

If your admit card is not visible, recheck under your region’s login. Use the ‘know your roll’ search if you forgot the number. Still missing a week before your date, contact the Regional Office with application proof. At venue, report equipment faults immediately and request recording; supervisors can escalate for retest where procedures permit.

Expect morning or afternoon batches, traffic checks, heat or sudden rain. Plan travel buffers, carry water, a small towel and a zip folder for documents.
