SSC Junior Engineer Final Result 2020: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC Junior Engineer 2020 Final Result today i.e. on May 20, 2022 based on the result of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2020 (Paper-II) which was declared on February 25, 2022 and the subsequent document verification of 1856 (1294 - Civil Engineering and 571 - Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) candidates respectively based on Cut-off fixed by the Commission in Paper-II. Based on the SSC JE Final Result 2020 declared today i.e. on May 20, 2022, a total of 800 candidates have been finally selected for appointment to the post of Junior Engineers in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts streams under various departments like the Border Road Organisation (BRO), Central Water Commission (CWC), Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Central Water Power Research Station (CWPRS), Ministry of Defence (DGQA-Naval), Military Engineering Services (MES) and Farrakka Barrage Project (FBP).

According to the SSC JE 2020 Final Results declared, a total of 800 i.e. 541 Civil Engineering and 259 Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering candidates from various categories are selected for appointment to the posts in different departments as mentioned above based on the SSC Junior Engineer Final Result 2020

It may be noted that the allocation of posts and departments to the selected candidates based on the SSC Junior Engineer 2020 Final Result has been made on the basis of 'merit-cum-order of preference of Departments' exercised by the candidates at the time of document verification.

As per the SSC JE Final Result 2020 announced, 347 UR candidates, 175 OBC, 123 SC, 78 EWS and 77 ST candidates from a total of 800 candidates have been recommended for appointment to Junior Engineers posts in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts streams under various departments.
