SSC JE Recruitment 2019 Notification Released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the recruitment notification for the post of Junior Engineer (JE). The Commission has released a short notice regarding the JE recruitment 2019. According to the official sources, SSC JE recruitment 2019 was released on August 13, 2019.

The Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) recruitment notification will be released to fill up the vacancies in various Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India. Interested candidates can apply online for the Junior Engineers (JE).

The JE post falls under the Group B (Non-Gazetted) and shortlisted candidates can earn between INR 35400 and INR 112400 per month (pay matrix of 7th Pay Commission). Application Fee

Candidates must pay Rs 100 as an application which should be paid through online. However, women and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD and Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Process

The SSC shortlist the candidates based on the written examination which consists of two papers i.e. Paper-I (computer-based examination) and Paper-II (Descriptive type). The final selection will be made based on the marks obtained in both the papers.

Aspirants should know that only online applications are accepted. To apply online for SSC Junior Engineers, candidates should visit the official website (www.ssc.nic.in) to fill the online application. The application process consists of two parts. The first part is the one-time registration. The second part is the filling of online application for the examination. The last date to apply online is September 10, 2019.
