SSC GD Constable Result 2019: Tentative Vacancies List Released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be releasing the GD Constable result soon on the official website. Candidates who have appeared for the written examination between February 11 and March 11, 2019, can visit the official website of SSC to check their result.

Candidates have to note that the SSC GD Constable result 2019 will be declared in three stages, namely, computer-based examination, Physical Standards Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Examination. According to the sources, the computer-based examination result will be released on May 31, 2019.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC - www.ssc.nic.in
Step 2: Go to the result tab.
Step 3: Click on the SSC GD Constable result link.
Step 4: Enter the login credentials to access the result.
Step 5: Download and take a printout for future reference.

SSC GD Constable Vacancies 2019

The Commission has released a notice regarding the new vacancies for male and female candidates. According to the latest notification, a total of 50066 vacancies are there for male candidates. However, it is 58373 vacancies for female candidates.

Candidates who qualify in SSC GD Constable computer-based examination will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). This will be held at various test centres across the country. One who qualifies in the PET/PST will be called for the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The final merit list will be based on all the levels of examinations.
