SSC GD Constable 2025: Exam Dates Announced for Over 39,000 Vacancies

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the dates for the SSC GD Constable 2025 Examination, a highly anticipated recruitment drive to fill 39,481 vacancies across India's premier security forces. Spanning 17 days, the exams are scheduled from February 4 to February 25, 2025. This announcement follows the completion of the application process, which concluded on October 14, 2024, after the recruitment notification was released in September 2024.

Exam Schedule

The exam dates are spread across multiple days in February: 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 24th, and 25th.

Admit Card Details

Admit cards are expected to be released a few days before the exams commence. Candidates can download their hall tickets by logging into the official SSC website (ssc.gov.in). In addition, the SSC will activate the Application Status 2024 link, allowing candidates to verify their application status and confirm eligibility.

• Border Security Force (BSF)
• Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
• Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)
• Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
• Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)
• Assam Rifles (AR)
• Secretariat Security Force (SSF)
• Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)

Out of the 39,481 vacancies, 35,612 are designated for male constables, while 3,869 are for female constables.

Key allocations include:

BSF: 13,306 male & 2,348 female
CISF: 6,430 male & 715 female
CRPF: 11,299 male & 242 female
Remaining positions distributed across SSB, ITBP, AR, SSF, and NCB
