SSC CHT 2026 Tier-I Exam at Noida Centre Rescheduled to September 13
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the examination schedule for the Combined Hindi Translators (CHT) Examination 2026 Tier-I for candidates assigned to a specific examination centre in Noida. The examination could not be conducted as planned on September 8, 2026, due to technical problems at the venue.
The affected centre is Aadarsh Pariksha Kendra (APK), Sector 155, Noida. Candidates who were scheduled to take the SSC CHT Tier-I exam at this centre on September 8 will now appear for the examination on September 13, 2026.
The revised date applies only to candidates affected by the technical disruption at the Noida centre. SSC has not postponed the CHT Tier-I examination for candidates allotted to other examination centres.
SSC CHT 2026 Tier-I Rescheduling Notice
The SSC Northern Region (SSC NR) has informed the affected candidates about the revised examination date through an official rescheduling notice. According to the notice, technical problems at Aadarsh Pariksha Kendra on September 8 prevented the examination from being conducted as scheduled.
SSC has subsequently made arrangements for the affected candidates to appear for the Tier-I examination on the revised date. The new examination date gives these candidates another opportunity to complete the test after the disruption at the original venue.
Candidates who were not allotted the affected Noida centre are not covered by this rescheduling notice and should continue to follow the examination schedule applicable to their respective centres.
Fresh SSC CHT Admit Cards for Rescheduled Exam
The SSC Northern Region has announced that new admit cards will be provided to candidates affected by the rescheduling of the SSC CHT 2026 Tier-I examination at the Noida centre. The fresh admit cards will be issued to candidates who had registered at the concerned examination venue on September 8, 2026.
Candidates appearing for the rescheduled examination on September 13, 2026 must download the updated admit card before reaching the examination centre. The revised admit card will include the latest examination-related information and instructions applicable to the candidates.
Candidates are advised to keep checking official communications from SSC Northern Region for the release of the fresh admit cards. They should also carefully follow any additional instructions issued by the Commission ahead of the rescheduled examination.
SSC CHT 2026 Tier-I: What Candidates Should Do
Candidates affected by the technical disruption should keep their examination documents ready and download the fresh admit card as soon as it is made available. They should carefully verify the examination date, centre details and reporting instructions mentioned on the revised admit card.
The rescheduling provides affected candidates with an opportunity to appear for the SSC CHT 2026 Tier-I examination on September 13. Candidates should reach the examination centre on time and follow all instructions issued by SSC.
The revised arrangement is limited to candidates affected at the Noida centre and should not be treated as a postponement of the SSC CHT Tier-I examination across all centres.
