SSC CHSL Notification 2023 is OUT: Application Procedure, Exam Pattern and More

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will issue the SSC CHSL 2023 Notification and an online application link for a range of positions including Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA), Sorting Assistant (SA), and Data Entry Operator (DEO). The online application process begins on May 9, 2023, and candidates can submit their applications on the SSC website @ssc.nic.in through June 8, 2023. Applicants with a 12th grade are eligible to submit an application.

How to Apply ?

  • Visit the official SSC website and register.
  • To register, go to the website's home page and click the "New User?
  • Register Now" link.
  • Then they must fill out the registration form with all of their personal information, such as their name, contact information, and educational history.
  • Then, scan and submit copies of their IDs and signatures.
  • Applicants must double-check the information they enter when filling out the application.
  • After the fee payment method, the form filling procedure is completed.
  • Print the form after you have downloaded it.

Exam Pattern

The SSC CHSL exam pattern has been modified to include two tiers. To be eligible for selection in the final result, candidates must qualify in each of the tiers. Each layer has a unique SSC CHSL pattern.

  • Tier I of the SSC CHSL will be administered by computer.
  • According to the SSC CHSL exam format, the exam will last 60 minutes.
  • The exam will be broken into four sections: I, II, III, and IV. All questions will be of the objective type.
  • The test includes 100 questions from the following categories: English Language, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill), and General Awareness.
  • The total marks allocated for this Tier are 200, according to the SSC CHSL test format. The questions will be written in both English and Hindi.
  • For each incorrect response, 0.50 points will be deducted.


Exam Results

The SSC CHSL 2023 result will be available online at ssc.nic.in, the commission's official website. Shortlisted applicants' names, categories, and roll numbers are listed in the SSC CHSL result PDF. Applicants must log in with the examination name, roll number/registration number, and password to view their results.
