The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has delayed the results of the Combine Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination 2016. The SSC CHSL exam 2016 results were expected to be declared on July 22, 2016.
No notification or new dates for the declaration of results has been released by the SSC. Upon declaration of the SSC CHSL exam 2016 results, candidates who have taken up the examination can access their results from the official website of SSC.
More than 20 lakh candidates appeared for the examination as various centres on November 1 and 15, 2015 and December 6 and 22, 2015.
The posts offered by the SSC are:
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 2,049
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): 1,006
- Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant (PA/SA): 3523
How to check SSC CHSL results:
- Go the official website of SSC
- Click on the link, 'SSC CHSL LDC, DEO Results'
- Input the required details and submit.
- The results for the exam will be displayed.
- Candidates are required to take a print out of the results for further reference.
Cut Off Marks for SSC CHSL:
- General candidates: 130-140
- OBC candidates: 120-130
- SC candidates: 110-115
- ST candidates: 98-105
- VH candidates: 95-102
- OH candidates: 97-105
- HH candidates: 75-85
- Ex Serviceman: 75-85
SSC CHSL Exam Paper Pattern:
- The exam was held for a duration of 2 hours
- The questions were of objective-type questions
- The questions were mainly based on the following 4 sections: Reasoning, General Knowledge, English and Quantitative Aptitude
SSC CHSL Selection Procedure:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written examination.
- All the shortlisted candidates will be eligible to participate in the next selection process.
