SSC CGL 2026 Tier 1 is scheduled from September 30 to October 30. Admit cards are rolling out region-wise by exam date. Candidates for September 30 and October 1 can already download theirs. Check shift, city, and reporting time now to plan travel and avoid issues.
Many aspirants confuse the city intimation slip with the final admit card. The city slip shows your city, date, and shift, not the venue address. The admit card adds centre address and reporting time. Both release in phases before each shift on SSC regional websites.

Open the central Admit Card page and choose your regional website. Click the SSC CGL 2026 Tier 1 admit card link. Log in with registration number and date of birth, or username. Verify name, photo, shift, city and venue, then print an A4 copy.
City slips went live on September 21, enabling early travel arrangements. Admit cards appear closer to the exam, often two to three days prior. For October 1 batches, several regions enable links today in staggered windows. If pages fluctuate, retry later and confirm credentials before escalating.
Carry a printed admit card, two recent colour photos, and an original ID. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, or Driving Licence. If your ID lacks date of birth, bring an additional original proof. Do not write or sign on the admit card before the invigilator instructs.
Reach the venue 90 minutes early; gates shut 30 minutes before the exam. Electronic gadgets and watches are strictly banned inside the lab. The timer appears on your computer, and stationery is provided. If “admit card not found” appears, clear cache and try another browser. Still stuck? Use regional contacts and monitor today’s updates for your shift.
