The Staff Selection Commission (SSC), under Govt. of India, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling numerous Group B and Group C vacancies comprising Accountants, Jr. Accountants, Auditors, Sr. Secretariat Assistants, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Tax Assistants, Sub-Inspectors, Asst. Audit Officers, Asst. Section Officer (ASO), Assistants, IT Inspector, Inspectors (Central Excise/Preventive Officer/Examine), Asst. Enforcement Officers, Divisional Inspector (Accountant) and Jr. Statistical Officer through SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam 2019 recruitment process to be posted in the various departments and ministries of the Indian government. The online registration process as per the SSC CGL calender starts from October 22, 2019 and closes on November 25, 2019 with November 27, 2019 as the last date for paying the application fee.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Group B and C posts through SSC CGL 2019 must have attained 18 years of age and not be more than 30 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) for SC/ST and OBC categories as per SSC CGL norms and Govt. of India guidelines.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Candidates applying for Group B and C posts through SSC CGL 2019 must have passed Class 12/HSC or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Mathematics; possess a Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) from a recognised University/Institution as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Group B and C posts through SSC CGL 2019 will be done through a Computer-Based Test (CBT)/Written Examination in four stages comprising - Tier I, Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV exams.

SSC CGL - Tier I exam is likely to be held from March 2 to 11, 2020.

Candidates selected for Group B and C posts through SSC CGL 2019 will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 5,200 to Rs. 34,800 as per the designation.

Candidates applying for Group B and C posts through SSC CGL 2019 must register online on the official SSC website at https://ssc.nic.in/ from October 22, 2019 onwards, and submit their applications on or before November 25, 2019 by 5:00 pm.
