Sports Authority Of India Recruitment For 347 Paramedical Staff And Sports Scientists

The Sports Authority of India (SAI), an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has released a notification, inviting online applications from eligible and interested candidates for filling 347 vacancies to the post of Scientific Staff in various capacities comprising Anthropometry, Exercise Physiology, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, Masseur/Masseuse, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing Assistant and Lab Technician (MEDICAL & Nonmedical Labs) through direct recruitment. The application process towards the same started on February 1, 2020 and closes on February 15, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Scientific Staff through Sports Authority of India must fall in the age group between 35 to 45 years of age as on February 15, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as per the Govt. of India guidelines.

Educational Credentials and Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Scientific Staff through Sports Authority of India must has passed Class 10/Matriculation or equivalent; possess Masters' Degree; PhD; MD or PG Diploma; Post-Graduation Degree; Diploma in relevant discipline from a recognised University/Institution with one to five years of work experience in the concerned area/field as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Scientific Staff through Sports Authority of India will be done through Shortlisting and Interview.

Candidates selected as Scientific Staff through Sports Authority of India will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month as per the designation.
