SLPRB Assam Police Recruitment 2020 For 451 Constable/Guardsman Posts, Apply Online From Tomorrow

The Assam State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Guwahati, Govt. of Assam, has invited online applications from eligible and interested candidates, who are residents of Assam, for filling 451 vacancies to the post of Constable/Guardsman (Grade-III) through direct recruitment. The online application-cum-registration process towards the same started on June 10, 2020 and closes on June 30, 2020.

Age Criteria And Fees

Desirous candidates applying for Constable/Guardsman posts through SLPRB Assam Police Recruitment 2020 must have attained 18 years of age and not be more than 38 years as on January 1, 2020 with relaxation (upper age limit) up to 3 years (OBC/MOBC) and 5 years (SC, ST-H &ST-P) respectively as specified in the advertisement.

Candidates, all categories, are exempted from paying the application processing fee.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for Constable/Guardsman posts through SLPRB Assam Police Recruitment 2020 must have passed HSLC or Class 10 from a recognised Board/Council and possess Home Guards Training Certificate or NCC 'A' Certificate as detailed in the notification.

Candidates are also required to meet the Physical and Medical Standards as mentioned in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Constable/Guardsman posts through SLPRB Assam Police Recruitment 2020 will be done through a Shortlisting, Physical Standards Tests (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET).

Candidates selected for Constable/Guardsman posts through SLPRB Assam Police Recruitment 2020 will be paid emolument in the scale of Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 60,500 per month.
