Salary Details

SIDBI Grade A Post

• The basic monthly salary starts at Rs. 44,500, with a pay scale progression of Rs. 44,500 - Rs. 74,450, with incremental hikes at various levels, leading to a final basic pay of Rs. 89,150 after 17 years. When factoring in allowances such as dearness, house rent, and other benefits, the total net salary for Grade A officers is approximately Rs. 1,00,000 per month.

SIDBI Grade B Post

• For Grade B Assistant Managers, the basic pay starts at Rs. 55,200, with a pay scale progression that leads to a maximum basic pay of Rs. 99,750 after 16 years. Including allowances and benefits, the net salary for Grade B officers is around Rs. 1,15,000 per month.

Selection Process

• Phase I: Online test covering English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and other subjects.
