The candidates who gets a selection in the profile of Probationary Officer will be eligible to get paid as per the rules of the IBA. SBI PO Career Growth

An SBI PO is going to be kept on a probation period of two years. The candidates during this tenure will be required to work as a trainee under the Branch manager. The candidates will be required to then clear the CAIIB examination for increment and further promotions.
