The SBI Clerk main examination is a computer-based examination that tests the candidates on their reasoning ability & computer aptitude, quantitative aptitude, general/financial awareness and general English language.
Candidates who qualify in the SBI Clerk Preliminary are only eligible to appear for the SBI Clerk Main examination. Candidates have to note that they have to produce their 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate as evidence of being proficient in the local language. If not, SBI will conduct a specified local language test for those who've been selected.
The marks obtained in the SBI Clerk main examination are only considered for the final selection. Around one lakh candidates are expected to appear for the SBI Clerk main exam, which will take place on August 10, 2019.
