The State Bank of India (SBI) has postponed the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) Preliminary exam scheduled in June 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Candidates who have registered for the SBI Clerk recruitment 2021 are advised to keep visiting the official portal to check the revised exam dates. SBI's Central Recruitment & Promotion Department has released a notice regarding SBI Clerk Prelims exam 2021 postponement.

The notice reads, "In view of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Preliminary Examination scheduled to be held in June 2021 has been deferred till further notice."

SBI Clerk Pre-Exam Training Admit Card

The Bank has released the pre-exam training admit card for eligible candidates on May 28. The sources suggest that the SBI Clerk 2021 admit card is likely to be released in the first week of June. However, the revised dates will be announced after reviewing the situation. Aspirants should use their registration id and password to download the admit card.

The SBI Clerk Prelims is an online written exam that consists of 100 questions. The duration of the exam is one hour. It tests the candidates on the numerical and reasoning ability besides the English language.

Earlier, SBI has released the recruitment notification for filling Five-Thousand (5,000) vacancies for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in the clerical cadre in SBI. The online applications were accepted between April 27 and May 17, 2021.
