The State Bank of India (SBI) is set to release the admit cards for the preliminary examination for Clerk (Junior Associate) positions on February 10, 2024. Exam Schedule

The preliminary examination for SBI Clerk will be conducted across multiple shifts on February 22, 27, 28, and March 1, 2024. Each candidate's specific exam date, time, and venue will be mentioned on their admit card.

Steps to Download SBI Clerk Admit Card

  • Visit the official SBI website - sbi.co.in.
  • Navigate to the Career section.
  • Look for the Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment notification.
  • Click on the Admit Card Download link.
  • Enter your registration number, roll number, and date of birth/password.
  • Download and print the admit card for future reference.

Documents Required on Exam Day

  • Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination center:
  • A printed copy of the admit card with an attached photograph.
  • Original and photocopy of a valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, etc.).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs.
  • Failure to bring any of these documents may result in disqualification from the exam.

SBI Clerk Prelims Exam Pattern

The preliminary exam consists of 100 objective-type questions, divided into three sections:

  • English Language - 30 questions (20 minutes)
  • Numerical Ability - 35 questions (20 minutes)
  • Reasoning Ability - 35 questions (20 minutes)
  • Negative marking: 1/4th of the marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Important Exam Day Guidelines

  • Admit cards will not be collected at the examination center but will be authenticated and stamped by the exam staff.
  • Candidates must retain the stamped admit card as it will be required during the Mains Exam if they qualify.
  • Arrive at the exam center at least 30 minutes before the reporting time to avoid last-minute issues.
  • Electronic gadgets, study materials, and accessories such as smartwatches and calculators are strictly prohibited.
