The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited online applications from eligible and interested Indian nationals for engaging 700 Apprentices in the States of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh through direct selection. The application-cum-registration process towards the same started on September 17, 2019 and closes on October 6, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees
Candidates interested in applying for the post of Apprentices through SBI Careers must have attained 20 years of age and not be more than 28 years as on August 31, 2019 with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories (SC/ST/PWD) as per the Govt. of India guidelines as specified in the notification.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility
Desirous candidates applying for the post of Apprentices through SBI Careers must have completed Graduation Degree as on August 31, 2019 from a recognised University/Institution as specified in the notification.
Candidates must be conversant with the local dialects of the region concerned/applying for.
Selection And Pay Scale
The selection of candidates as Apprentices through SBI Careers will be done through an Online Written Test and Test of Local Language.
Candidates selected as Apprentices through SBI Careers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 8,000 or as per the Apprentices Act applicable in the respective States concerned.

Candidates applying for the post of Apprentices through SBI Careers must register online on the official SBI website at https://ibpsonline.ibps.in/sbiappesep19/ and submit their applications on or before October 6, 2019.
