Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a 'Maharatna' Central PSU through the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), has invited online applications from eligible and experienced candidates for filling 26 vacancies to the post of Dean Academics, Medical Superintendent, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor (Cardiology/Neurology/ Nephrology/Cardiothoracic Surgery/Neurosurgery/ Burns & Plastic/Cardiac Anesthesia/Neuro Anesthesia) and Administrators through direct selection. The registration-cum-application process towards the same starts from August 10, 2019 and closes on August 31, 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for Faculty and Administrators posts through SAIL Rourkela Recruitment must have attained 37 years of age as on August 31, 2019 and not have exceeded 55 years, with relaxation (upper age limit) to reserved categories as applicable.

Candidates must pay a specified amount of Rs. 500 (Gen/OBC) as application processing fee through online (net-banking/credit/debit) SBI Collect mode only. SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Desirous candidates applying for Faculty and Administrators posts through SAIL Rourkela Recruitment must have passed DM/M.Ch./DNB in the concerned discipline; MBBS with Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) from a University/Institute recognized by Medical Council of India/National Board of Examination with three to ten years of post-qualification experience in the concerned domain.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for Faculty and Administrators posts through SAIL Rourkela Recruitment will be done through Shortlisting, Interview and Document Verification.

Candidates selected for Faculty and Administrators posts will be paid emolument in the range of Rs. 32,900 to Rs. 73,000 per month as per the designation.
