SAIL Recruitment 2020 For GMDO Posts Through ‘Walk-In-Interview’ Scheduled From October 19 To 21

The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a 'Maharatna' company, through its Salem Steel Plant at Salem in Tamil Nadu, India, has invited applications in prescribed format from eligible and interested individuals for filling Four (04) vacancies to the post of General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO) with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 70,000 on contract through a 'Walk-in-Interview' process scheduled from October 19, 2020 to October 21, 2020 at the HRDC Board Room, Human Resource Development Centre, Salem Steel Plant, Salem from 10:00 am to 2:00 am to be initially engaged for a period of one-year extendable up to maximum three years. The tenure of engagement, however, shall be subject to the upper age limit i.e. 70 Years.

Registration, however, begins from 09:00 am to 11:00 am for the above mentioned days on interview as mentioned in the SAIL Notification 2020.

SAIL Recruitment 2020: Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for GDMO posts through SAIL Recruitment 2020 must not have exceeded 69 years of age as on the date of interviews, with relaxation (upper age limit) for reserved categories as specified in SAIL Notification 2020.

SAIL Recruitment 2020: Education And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for GDMO posts through SAIL Recruitment 2020 must possess an MBBS Degree from a MCI recognised University/Institute with MCI registration with relevant years of work experience, or have a valid practitioner license including one doctor with desirable qualification of Diploma or certificate of training in Industrial Health/Hygiene of minimum three months duration, recognized by State Government /experience in Industrial Health/Hygiene/Occupational Health Services as detailed in the SAIL Notification 2020.

SAIL Recruitment 2020: Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates for GDMO posts through SAIL Recruitment 2020 will be done through a 'Walk-in-Interview' scheduled from October 19, 2020 to October 21, 2020 and Medical Screening as mentioned in the SAIL Notification 2020.

Shortlisted candidates for GDMO posts through SAIL Recruitment 2020 will be paid an emolument of Rs. 70,000 per month as specified in the SAIL Notification 2020.
