Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for MTA posts through SAIL Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 28 years of age (Gen/UR), 31 years OBC (NCL), 33 years (SC/ST) and 38 years (PWD) respectively as on June 14, 2019.

Candidates must pay a prescribed amount Rs. 700 (Gen/OBC) and Rs. 100 (SC/ST/PWD/EWS and Departmental candidates) respectively as application processing fee either through online (net-banking/credit/debit) mode or through Challan mode at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) as specified in the notification.

Educational Criteria And Eligibility

Desirous candidates applying for MTA posts through SAIL Recruitment 2019 must possess Bachelor's Degree (60% marks) in any discipline with an MBA/PGDM (60% marks) in Human Resources, Personnel Management and Industrial Relation/Personnel Management, etc as specified in the notification.

Selection And Pay Scale
