SAIL Recruitment 2019 For 275 Operators, Attendant Cum Technician Trainees

The Steel Authority of India (SAIL), a Maharatna company into steel manufacturing, has invited online applications from eligible Indian national candidates for filling 275 vacancies for the posts of Operator cum-Technician Trainees and Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees in multiple trades/disciplines comprising - Electrical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics, Instrumentation, Boiler, Electrician, Machinist, Welder, Fitter and Rigger to be appointed at its Bokaro Steel Plant in Jharkhand. The application process towards the same will start from 29 January 2019 and will close on 18 February 2019.

Age Criteria And Fees

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Operator cum-Technician Trainees and Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees in multiple trades/disciplines through SAIL Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 28 years of age as on 18 February 2019, other than for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler) where the candidates should not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 18 February 2019.

Educational Criteria And Experience

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Operator cum-Technician Trainees and Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees in multiple trades/disciplines through SAIL Recruitment 2019 must have qualified in SSC/10th Class with ITI/NCVT certificate in the relevant trade/3 years (full time) Diploma in relevant engineering trade from recognized Board/Institute/University.

Selection And Pay Scale

The selection of candidates as Operator cum-Technician Trainees and Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees in multiple trades/disciplines through SAIL Recruitment 2019 will be done based on a Written Examination and Skill Test/Trade Test as detailed in the notification.

Candidates selected as Operator cum-Technician Trainees and Attendant-cum-Technician Trainees in multiple trades will be paid an emolument as under:

Operator cum Technician - Rs. 16,800/- to Rs. 24,110/- per month.

Attendant cum Technician - Rs. 15,830/- to Rs. 22,150/- per month
