SAIL Recruitment 2019 For 11 Junior Manager Vacancies In Various Trades

The Steel Authority of India (SAIL), a Maharatna company into steel manufacturing has invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruiting 11 Junior Managers under trades - Safety, Architecture and City Planning to be appointed at its Bokaro Steel Plant in Jharkhand. Interested candidates can apply to the above posts from 16 January 2019. All applications must be submitted on or before 06 February 2019.

Age Criteria And Fee

Candidates applying for the post of Junior Managers through SAIL Recruitment 2019 must not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 06 February 2019, with relaxation (upper age limit) of 5 years and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC candidates. Further, a relaxation of 10 years is given to SAIL employees, PWD and Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Candidates are required to pay a prescribed fee of Rs. 500 (Gen/OBC) towards processing of application. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of fees. All payments should be made through SBI Bank Collect only. For details of fee payment refer to the notification below.

Educational Eligibility

Jr. Manager (Safety) - Candidates applying for this post must possess a Degree in any branch of technology or engineering (Industrial Safety preferably), OR must have a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety from an institute recognised by the Governments of Jharkhand or Bihar, OR from the Central Labour Institute, Mumbai and other recognised Government of India Labour Institutes at Kanpur, Chennai, Kolkata, or Faridabad. He/she must also have a working experience of minimum 2 years in a factory in the relevant trade.

Jr. Manager (Architecture & City planning) - Candidates applying for this post must possess a B.E./B.Tech in Architecture Engineering. He/She must have at least 1 year working experience in the Architectural field in any Govt. Organisation/Public Limited company/PSU/Private Limited company/Private registered architecture firm. Candidates with PG Degree/Diploma in Urban/Town planning will be preferred.

Selection And Pay

The selection of the candidates to the post of Junior Managers through SAIL Recruitment 2019 will be done based on a written examination in the relevant trades/fields.

Candidates selected as Junior Managers will be paid an emolument in the scale of Rs. 24,900/- Rs. 50,500/- per month.
