RV University Welcomes Prof. Sanjay Kumar As New Vice Chancellor

Having graduated from BITS, Ranchi University, Prof. Kumar boasts dual postgraduate degrees—an MBA and an M.Tech, along with a Ph.D. in Engineering from IIT Delhi. His academic journey didn't stop there; he pursued a second Ph.D. in Management from Jain (Deemed-to-be-University), showcasing his relentless pursuit of knowledge and academic distinction. His educational career is marked by numerous achievements, including the prestigious Vishisht Seva Medal, which he received for his outstanding contributions to research and innovation.

Prof. Kumar's career is a testament to his expertise and leadership in various sectors, including defense research, space technology, and academic administration. Before joining RVU, he served as Vice Chancellor at esteemed institutions like Amity University Kolkata and Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences. His tenure at these universities, combined with his work at national organizations like the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and the Defense Research Development Organization, has prepared him well for his new role at RVU.
