Additionally, they should possess a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) / State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).

SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Women are exempted from the payment of fees.
Selection Process for North Western Railway Apprenticeship
The selection of candidates will be determined through a merit list compiled by the panel. This list will be created based on the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) and ITI marks in the relevant trade for the apprenticeship.
