The selection of candidates will be based on a merit list, which will consider the percentage of marks obtained in the 10th-grade examination and the ITI trade examination. A simple average of these marks will be used to determine the final panel of selected apprentices. This merit-based approach ensures that the most qualified candidates are chosen for training and placement across the various divisions of North Western Railway.
