RRB Paramedical Exam Pattern 2026

The CBT will contain 100 objective questions carrying 100 marks. The normal examination duration will be 90 minutes, while eligible PwBD candidates using a scribe will get 120 minutes.

The paper will assess candidates in Professional Ability, General Awareness, General Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Science.

There will be negative marking, with one-third of the marks assigned to a question deducted for every incorrect response.

RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2026 Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay the prescribed fee while submitting the online application.

The fee is ₹500 for general applicants, whereas candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, female, transgender, minority and Economically Backward Class categories are required to pay ₹250.
