How To Check RRB NTPC Application Status?
Step 1: Visit the official website of RRB.
Step 2: Go to the RRB NTPC 'Application Status' 2020 link on the home page.
Step 3: Click on the zone link.
Step 4: A new page will open.
Step 5: Candidates should enter registration number, date of birth and captcha.
Step 6: RRB NTPC application status will be displayed on the screen.
Step 7: One should download the page and take a printout for future need.

Why RRB NTPC Application Has Been Rejected?
According to the official notification of RRB NTPC, the application will be rejected based on the following list.
- Invalid photos
- Signature in capital/ block letters.
- Not possessing the prescribed qualification for the posts
- Over-aged or under-aged or date of birth
- Multiple applications to different RRBs
- Candidate's name figuring in the debarred list of any RRB / RRC.
- Incomplete or incorrectly filled application.
- Any other irregularities which are observed and considered as invalid by RRB.
The official notice reads, "In case the application is rejected, candidates will be able to view their status Online on the website of RRBs along with the reasons for rejection(s) which is final and binding and no further correspondence shall be entertained on the subject. No refund of examination fee will be made on account of rejection of application. SMS and email alerts shall also be sent to the candidates on their registered mobile numbers and email IDs, as indicated in their Online application. Candidates will not be intimated by post."
Around 1.5 crore candidates have registered for NTPC recruitment exam to fill 35,208 vacancies such as guards, office clerks, commercial clerks etc. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the computer-based test, skill test and aptitude tests.
