RRB Group D Result 2018 Released

RRB is all set to release the result for Group D. The result will be available to the candidates before February 13, 2019. Here are the steps to check the Group D result.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB Group D exam results on March 4, 2019. The results were delayed due to the unknown reason. The board had conducted the recruitment examination in the months of September and December last year for over 60,000 vacancies across the country, which is a part of the mega recruitment drive.

The board has released RRB Group D answer key 2018 recently and released the exam results today. A chance to raise objections towards RRB answer key is also provided by the board. Till now, there has been no official announcement regarding the RRB Group D result. Step 1: Visit the official website of RRB.
Step 2: Go to the respective RRB board.
Step 3: Click on the link RRB Group D result.
Step 4: Enter the details such as registration/roll number.
Step 5: Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

According to the sources, the RRB Group D result 2018 will be released along with the final answer keys. After the RRB Group D exam result, the board is expected to release the RRB ALP stage 2 answer key.

What After RRB Group D Result 2018?

Candidates who qualify in the written examination have to appear for the Physical Endurance Test (PET), which will be held during the first week of March. Along with the PET, candidates should also satisfy the medical test and document verification process as well to secure a job.

The written exam-qualified candidates have to present the medically fit certificate and required documents on the scheduled date. If they fail to do so, they will not be considered for the job.

Important Documents For RRB Group D Verification Process

  • Class 10 (SSC) admit card
  • Class 10 (SSC) mark sheet
  • Mark sheets of other examinations, if any.
  • Personal identity cards such as Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, etc.
  • Caste certificate, if any

RRB Group D Physical Endurance Test (PET)

For male candidates, they should lift and carry 35 kilograms of weight for a distance of 100 metres in two minutes. This should be done in one chance without putting it down. Candidates should also run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds.

For female candidates, they should lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in two minutes. They should not put the weight down. The running time for female candidates is 5 minutes and 40 seconds for 1000 metres.

Aspirants should note that the RRB will be releasing the separate admit cards for Physical Endurance Test (PET) after the result.

RRB conducted the computer-based test (CBT) in the month of September and December. It tested the candidates on mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning, general science and general awareness. The duration of the exam was 90 minutes and 1/3rd of the marks is to be deducted for every wrong answer.
